Grooming Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy has been waived since 2020. Starting in 2023 this is changing.
In order to continue to offer this specialized service at a reasonable price each client is now allowed 2 grace cancellation or reschedule per calendar year. At the 2nd cancellation/ reschedule request a non-refundable prepayment deposit will be required to hold future appointments for the remainder of the calendar year.
I love all my clients. I don’t want to be inflexible. But over the last few months I’ve repeatedly reached a rate of 50% of my appointments needing to reschedule. As a mobile groomer it is difficult to fill those spots with clients that are:
- available and
- are within the same driving distance/appointment length. Often appointment changes in 10 days or less go unfilled. This becomes a stress on my time and finances and I want to be able to continue to offer this service for years to come.
